DEVICE FOR TRANSFER DISPLACEMENT AND HOLDING OF BASE OF POWERED SUPPORT UNIT

FIELD: powered supports in underground mineral mining from breakage faces, in particular, those located in conditions of inclined dipping of bed. SUBSTANCE: unit base consists of two interconnected beams. External side sheet of beam has horizontal cylindrical hole accommodating removable shaft. On the side of base of neighboring unit removable shaft is connected by means of vertical pin with lever. From internal side of beam removable shaft has annular recess receiving two semirings embraced from outside by holder locked from falling out. Lever on the side of beam has bracket hinged through hole in external side sheet of beam with hydraulic cylinder installed across longitudinal axis of base. In advancing the overlying unit of powered support unit base is corrected to prevent its slipping toward bed dip with the help of hydraulic cylinder of this unit. In doing so, hydraulic cylinder pushes against internal side sheet and interacts through hole with bracket of lever to turn it relative to axis of vertical pin. Lever in its turn is engageable with base of underlying anchored and nonadvanced unit of powered support and pushes against it the base of overlying movable unit until installing it to the required position. After advance of unit hydraulic cylinder is locked to prevent slipping of unit base to bed dip. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 dwg
