PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a sound pressure level of the whole notifying sound when a vehicle approach notifying device transmitting sound pressure information on notifying sound of one's own vehicle together with the notifying sound to the outside of the vehicle and notifying sound of a plurality of vehicles are overlapped. SOLUTION: A signal synthesizing device 24 of a control device 14 provided in the vehicle synthesizes a notifying sound signal outputted from a notifying sound signal generating device 20 and a sound pressure information signal outside an audible region outputted from a sound pressure information signal generating device 22 and outputs a synthetic notifying sound signal to an amplifying device 26. The synthetic notifying sound signal amplified in the amplifying device 26 is produced in sound from a speaker 12. The sound pressure information signal is taken out by a filter 32 from the synthetic notifying sound signal of the notifying sound outside the vehicle detected by a microphone 16, and sound pressure information signal voltage is compared with reference voltage by a signal comparator 34.
