USE OF TEXTURE NOZZLE AND METHOD FOR TEXTURED PROCESSING BY AERODYNAMICAL MEANS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of texture when woven at a specified speed or increase a production speed e.g. in a range higher than 100-900m/min, or constitute an apparatus at the lowest cost in terms of quality or function by producing a product having same quality or at least analogously same quality as a product produced at a slow production speed or at a slow yarn speed even in the case of higher production speed. SOLUTION: This texture nozzle 10 is composed of a yarn passage in which yarns can be introduced at one end and textured yarns can be drawn out from the other end. The yarn passage has a straight yarn passage, which has an acceleration passage at the outlet side and has a pressured air-introducing part P. The straight yarn passage consists of an intermediate cylindrical part where the airintroducing part P is joined. The acceleration passage has a conical shape which is preferably connected directly to the cylindrical part of the straight yarn passage and opens with an opening angleα2 larger than 10 deg. toward the direction to which fibers proceed. An expanding part 12 is connected to the conical acceleration passage and has an opening angle larger than the conical acceleration passage by 40 deg. or more degree. The expanding part 12 is formed in a conical or trumpet shape.
