Warm subterranean water extraction method for geothermally heated water

The method uses a borehole (1) which is fitted with a riser pipe (5), at least partially enclosed by a mantle sleeve (11), through which water flows into the space between the mantle sleeve and the riser pipe. The water is heated at the base of the riser pipe and rises up the latter to flow into a pump chamber of a pump (P) at the top end of the riser pipe, for delivery to a water reservoir at the ground surface.
