PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and lighten a brushless motor and to enhance a rotation characteristic at the same time by a method, wherein the motor is formed as an outer-rotor-type motor, made of a steel plate, in which the permanent- magnet magnetic pole of a rotor is arranged so as to face the outer circumference of the core tooth part of a stator core. SOLUTION: An insulator 25 is brought into contact with a stator core 4, a magnet wire is then wound, and a stator coil 5 is formed. A rotor core 6 is made of a steel plate having a plate thickness of 1 mm and is integrally formed by a press-working operation. A magnet 7 is integrally formed to be a ring shape and is magnetized in such a way that N magnetic poles and S magnetic poles are repeated alternately. The magnet 7 is arranged, so as to be fitted to the inner circumference of an outer circumference tube part 29 at the rotor case 6, and it is fixed and bonded firmly by an adhesive. A motor in which the stator core 4 and the magnet 7 are arranged and installed in this manner is a so-called outer-rotor-type motor, and the magnet 7 can be set nearly on the outer circumferential side of the motor. Consequently, the size in the axial direction of the motor becomes small, as well as the inertia of the motor becomes large, so that it is possible to improve rotational irregularities. |
