PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the cracking and partial peeling of a coating for coloring a tire inconspicuous by planting hair on the surface of a tire, and providing a covering layer. SOLUTION: A masking process is applied to a ground plane 2b and the wheel 3 (including an axle portion 4) of a metal plate with an adhesive tape to plant piles on the side face 2a of the tire 2 of a wheel 1, then an adhesive is applied to the exposed portion of the side face to form an adhesive layer 5. Piles made of nylon 6 fibers dyed with a red acid dye are planted, heated, cooled, then the transparent solution of an acrylic resin is sprayed for clear coating, and the masking tape is peeled to provide a colored covering layer 6 on the surface of the wheel 1. The whole beautiful appearance is sufficiently maintained, and no partial peeling or pollution is noticed. The fashion property of the tire 2 is increased, no mud or no snow is stuck to it, thereby it has good operability, and it is easy to maintain. |
