FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: shaft of manual catch cylinder and loading mechanism are positioned on base with post. Manual catch cylinder consists of stationary and removable discs combined into stack. Rim is secured on stationary disc. Convex supporting hemispheres are provided on cylindrical surface of rim. Supporting projections of manual catch are cured on vacant end of removable disc in cantilever way. Device has set of removable discs with supporting projections of different forms and sizes. The device allows training of muscular system of hand and fingers. EFFECT: development of active and passive movement in hand joint. 2 cl, 5 dwg
