PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material excellent in electrical conduction property, tinting, dimension stability and strength by using a phenolic resin and a white conductive potassium titanate fiber applied with a conductive white coating as essential components and by blending a specific amount of the white conductive potassium titanate fiber. SOLUTION: A white conductive potassium titanate fiber is blended in an amount of 0.1-30 wt.% based on the total molding material. The white conductive potassium titanate fiber is obtained by applying a tin oxide coating in a thickness in the order of nanometers on the surface of a white potassium titanate fiber to impart conductivity and capable of being colored to any desired color because the fiber is white. The white conductive potassium titanate fiber preferably has a fiber diameter of 0.4-0.7μm and a fiber length of 10-20μm. Novolak type phenolic resins, resol type phenolic resins and combinations of novolak and resol resins are used as the phenolic resin.
