BALL TYPE CHECK VALVE WITH THE INTERNAL APPROACHABILITY

PURPOSE: A ball type check valve that delivers a high pressure viscous fluid, can be inspected and cleaned internally by a simple operation. CONSTITUTION: A ball type check valve permit the viscous fluids to flow in one direction by using a couple of balls and has a valve body(21), a cover(22) with a packing(24), a support bar(25), and a pressure bar(23) with a bolt(26). The cover(22) attached in one side of a valve body(21) can open or close and has a packing for preventing a leakage. A support bar(25) and a pressure bar(23) can block up the separation of the cover. Thereby the separation of the cover makes it possible to clean and inspect it without the disassembly of the valve body.
