摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject method capable of facilitating the position adjusting work of a variable resistor. SOLUTION: At first, a lock nut 90 is loosened and an adjusting screw 46 is operated to bring a variable resistor 40 into contact with a grinding type grain milling roll 30 (first process). Next, the lock nut 90 is tightened and temporarily fixed by a setscrew 94 (second process). Next, the stop screw 94 is detached and the adjusting screw 46 is operated to allow the lock nut 90 to be spaced apart from a support 44 by a distanceα1 (=β1: set gap dimension) (third process). Finally, the lock nut 90 is tightened (fourth process). By this constitution, it becomes unnecessary to detach a grain milling cylinder 32 each time and the position adjusting work of the variable resistor 40 can be facilitated.
