PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a benefit principle system by which an equipment manager does not receive any economic disadvantage by properly punishing the improper use of equipment. SOLUTION: When an external equipment 4 on a network is used by transmitting data, this information processor 1 on the side of an equipment user transmits the data to an information processor 2 on the side of the equipment manager by attaching charging information based on payment information regarding payment of charge to the data upon transmitting the payment information to an electronic money server 3. When the data with attached charging information is received from the information processor 1 on the side of the equipment user, the information processor 2 on the side of the equipment manager requests authentication regarding the charging information to the electronic money server 3. When a proper authentication result is obtained from the electronic money server 3, use of the equipment 4 is permitted, and when no charging information is attached or the charging information is improper in the authentication result, the punishment such as prohibition of the use of the equipment 4 is performed. |
