PURPOSE: Provided is a heat melt-coating agent for melt-welding a PVC coating to an iron wire, which can adhere the PVC coating closely to the iron wire, thereby delamination dose not generated. CONSTITUTION: The heat melt-coating agent is produced by a process comprising the steps of: mixing 46% of ethylene vinyl acetate, 30% of hydrocarbon resin, 8% of titanium dioxide, 15% of pumice, and 1% of a pigment; mixing and melting the mixture; storing the molten mixture; extruding; quenching for hardening; cutting; soaking the cut coating agent into a cool-bath for eliminating moisture; eliminating inferior goods by a selector; packing. |
