摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition for screening near infrared rays that has both high near infrared ray screening properties and high transparency for visible rays and has excellent color balance of transmitted color and that is capable of forming a near infrared screening material having practical durability, and provide a laminate for screening near infrared rays. SOLUTION: The resin composition for screening near infrared rays comprises at least a first near infrared ray absorbing dye which comprises a diimmonium compound represented by formula (I), a second near infrared ray absorbing dye which has an absorption maximum in the wavelength of 750 nm-900 nm and shows substantially no absorption in the visible ray region, an organic dye which produces a complementary color to the first and second dyes and a transparent resin. The laminate for screening near infrared rays using the resin composition has a near infrared ray transmittance in the wavelength of 800 nm-1,100 nm of not more than 20% and a visible ray transmittance of not less than 65% at any of the wavelengths of 450 nm, 550 nm and 620 nm and has a chromaticity of -3<=a*<=3 and a chromaticity of -3<=b*<=3, when expressed by the L*a*b* color specification system.
