FIELD: valve units for modulating pressure of gas feed. ^ SUBSTANCE: valve unit includes main duct for supplying gas flow between inlet and outlet openings; servo-valve mounted in duct and having first closing member controlled by means of diaphragm subjected to action of pressure Pu of gas feed at one side and to action of regulating pressure Pt created in respective regulating chamber of servo-valve; duct for discharging gas supplied to inlet of valve unit. Two opposite end portions of said duct are communicated by means of fluid with main duct in front of servo-valve and with regulating chamber respectively. Unit also includes pressure regulator communicated with servo-valve and having valve seat mounted in discharging duct and respective second closing member acting together with said seat; actuator connected with second closing member for operative control of it; regulating circuit forming control signal fed to actuator. Actuator also serves as piezoelectric device, and displacement of second closing member relative to respective seat of valve is proportionally related with control signal. In the result preset value of signal corresponds to respective value Pt of regulating pressure for further proportional modulation of gas feed pressure Pu. ^ EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of gas pressure regulation. ^ 7 cl, 7 dwg
