The present invention relates to a device and a method for controlling a menu of a vehicle having an audio video bridging system. The device comprises: a vehicle communications unit which communicates with a gaze recognition unit to receive information on users gaze; at least one camera which is mounted inside or outside a vehicle to take images and output a selected image to a display unit according to control of a control unit; a control menu related with mapped electronic devices in a vehicle based on the information on users gaze; a control unit outputting information about vehicle related goods, or an image taken by the camera to the display unit; and a menu image storage unit which precedently stores a control menu image related with the electronic devices.
