PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when extracting an edge in a spatial model obtained by three-dimensional measurement, there is difficulty extracting a true edge present at a boundary with an unmeasured area correctly.SOLUTION: Spatial model storage means 510 stores a three-dimensional model composed of a plurality of three-dimensional coordinate data representing the surface shape of an object and obtained by measuring in a plurality of measurement position postures, the plurality of measurement position postures, and an image in which the object is photographed in each of the plurality of measurement position postures. Change point mapping means 531 extracts a luminance change point from each image, and detects three-dimensional coordinate data at a position corresponding to the luminance change point using the measurement position postures. Edge presence addition means 532 adds, to the three-dimensional coordinate data, the presence of edges of a level that corresponds to the number of edges detected to have correspondence with luminance change points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
