<p>PURPOSE:To arrange so that processing manhours for overlapping overlapped plates may be reduced, by providing each hole and convex part on an overlapped plate and fitting a convex part of one overlapped plate to a hole of the other overlapped plate at a suction port for a pump covered with a resin on plural pieces of steel plate. CONSTITUTION:The same numbers of holes 11 and extrusion-formed convex parts 12 are provided on overlapped plates 6a, 6b. A concave part 13 is provided on the opposite side to a part where the convex part 12 is formed. Under this design, the convex part 12 of the overlapped plate 6b is fitted to the hole 11 of the overlapped plate 6a and the convex part of the overlapped plate 6a is fitted to the hole 11 of the overlapped plate 6b. Thus the overlapped plates can be put together in one body without use of rivets or necessity of providing a bending margin, so that overlapping process manhours are minimized.</p> |
