PURPOSE:To have an arrangement in which stored objects are exhausted under precision control, by preventing effectively occurrence of the arching phenomenon in the storing container by means of rotation of the container and by controlling the falling position and revolving speed of the container with a specific precision control means. CONSTITUTION:In order to put the objects in a storing container 1, a turning device 7 is operated to turn the container 1 up and down so that the input opening 2 becomes the storing point. In order to exhaust the input objects to the downflow facilities in a certain fixed quantity, the turning device 7 is operated to turn for an angle smaller than 120 deg., and then the rotational device 10 is operated to let the container 1 rotate. The objects stored in the container 1 begin the action specifically actuated by the friction against the internal surface of the container and also by rotational motion to fall down little by little from the input opening 2. The level of exhausted objects on the shoot 11 of the downflow facilities is sensed by a level sensing device 12, and the signal obtained is sent to the drive motor 14 for the rotational device and the one 13 for the turning device, and on the basis of the signal therefrom the turning speed and rotational speed and controlled for adjustment of the attitude of the container 1. |
