<p>A mat having a top layer of nonwoven fiber suitably bonded. A water impervious film thereinunder laminated to the first layer. A bottom layer of a polyurethane foam material having excellent nonskid bottom surface at the interface of the mat and the floor. In a second embodiment there is a paper absorbent layer interposed between the top layer and the water impervious film.</p>
