WORKING LOAD MONITORING SYSTEM

A working load monitoring system for monitoring working status by accurately comparing in terms of time data of working loads sampled at the time of trial cutting and data of working loads actually measured at the time of actual cutting. An NC command executing means (1) executes an NC command and re-writes the block number and execution mode of an executing status table (2) when execution of NC commands of one block is completed. A load monitoring means (4) compares at intervals of a predetermined period of time sampling data of working loads of a sampling data table (3) at the time of trial cutting with actually measured working loads at the time of actual cutting. Then, when the block number of the executing status table (2) is re-written, the sampling data read out is switched to sampling data with a new block number. The sampling data and the actual data at the time of actual cutting are compared with each other at every predetermined time, and when a difference therebetween reaches or exceeds a predetermined value, an alarm is outputted.
