FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is used for manufacture of prestressed reinforced concrete articles. Device has body connected with hydraulic cylinder, and located in body is cross-member resting against hollow rod of hydraulic cylinder. Cross-member carries pair of punches mounted on it in parallel to and equally distant from longitudinal axis of cross-member. Punches can be moved with holes made in body end. Located in hollow rod is plunger which can reciprocate in it and interact with grip. Grip is made in the form of bush with tapered hole for wedges or sleeve and has annular groove for connecting it with body of device. In process of tensioning reinforcement, body together with bush moves relative to hydraulic cylinder rod, plunger rests against wedges or sleeve which are pressure forced into bush.
