FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves excitation of fast cyclotron wave of electron flow using supplied microwave power and subsequent converting of this power to power of moving electrons. Goal of invention is achieved by microwave power coupler introduced at device input and solid-body rectifier of microwave power.
