The exercise equipment consists of a platform (1) which is arranged movable over a base plate (2). The platform and base plate are connected by an elastic body (3) which is fixed to both the platform and the base plate. The platform is a rectangular plate with rounded edges. The elastic body inclines against the orthogonal (4) during the movement of the platform. The platform executes a rotational movement about a virtual axis, and a simultaneous tangential shifting about the double inclination angles of the elastic body to the orthogonal (4).
