A system for joining various horizontally placed, assembled elements (e.g. tiles or beams) furnished with holes at the desired functional points and vertical load bearing elements (e.g. columns) suitably furnished with holes and rabbeting in a manner so as to allow clamping by specially shaped screws consisting of nozzle and a plug (or a muff) consolidated with a lock nut.
