摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in the utilizing efficiency of a frequency and increase in delay to the utmost by decreasing possibility of causing abort of a short packet on the occurrence of opening of a mobile radio communication channel in use against the intention of the user of a mobile station. SOLUTION: A channel interruption prediction means 19a detects that interruption of a radio channel in use reaches a predicted prescribed channel interruption state on the way of transmission of plural division packets resulting from dividing one reference packet into plural packets. In the case of conducting transmission, when the arrival to the channel interruption state is detected, a high speed transmission control means 19b increases a transmission speed and transmission power till the transmission of division packets not sent yet among division packet belonging to the reference packet during transmission is finished. A high speed reception control means 19c matches the speed of reception processing with the transmission speed that is increased when the transmission speed is increased during the reception.
