FIELD: oil-and-gas producing and geological prospecting industries. SUBSTANCE: device consists of body, bearing plate, lead screw, hollow stem, packer, rod and detachable rods. The device has unit of compensation of ejecting forces of well medium. Unit is made in the form of hydraulic cylinder in which role of piston is played by screw-nut couple taking up and balancing of loads. The device is also provided with unit for breaking-off of gate valve set. Unit includes bracket rigidly secured to body. Reciprocation of bracket is effected with the help of nuts installed on threaded parts of detachable rods. Using of the invention reduces personnel efforts in installation of packer due to compensation of ejecting forces of well medium in introduction and installation of packer.
