PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause dispersion and to make work simple by impregnating a foam body having a continuous foam structure and a specific apparent density with an adhesive composition containing a resin forming liquid epoxy compound, a phenoxy resin and a subclinical hardening agent. SOLUTION: A foam body having a continuous foam structure and an apparent density of 0.01-0.2 g/cm3 is impregnated with an adhesive composition containing at least a resin forming liquid epoxy compound, a phenoxy resin and a subclinical hardening agent to form an adhesive washer 1. The liquid epoxy compound is a proper one capable of being solidified via the hardening agent, the epoxy compound is bisphenol A, F or the like, the phenoxy resin controls the viscosity of an impregnating liquid and the elastic modulus of a composition hardened body, and its kind is not limited. The hardening agent hardens the composition at an optional time, and an amide or amine compound is used. When screws 11, 15 are fastened and fixed via the washer 1, the adhesive composition infiltrates into a thread groove or the like via the compression of a foam body and can prevent the rotation of the screws 11, 15 via heating and hardening.
