PURPOSE: Provided is a device and method for preparing a bulking agent for a compost using paper sludge is provided which reuses cheap paper sludge instead of existing costly sawdust or chaff to reduce environmental pollution and to lower production cost. CONSTITUTION: A device is equipped with a first drier(300) of mixing and drying paper sludge(100) and organic wastes(200); a molder(400) of adding an urea fertilizer and an aerobic microorganism to the materials discharged from the first drier and molding them; and a second drier(500) of drying the materials discharged from the molder. And the bulking agent is prepared with low cost and on a large scale by using the device. |
