PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a leather-like sheet resembling a natural leather having excellent sense of fulfillment, flexibility and surface appearance, and to provide a method of producing the same. SOLUTION: In this leather-like sheet obtained by impregnating an interlaced nonwoven fabric composed of a fiber bundle with a polyurethane-based emulsion and drying the nonwoven fabric, the fiber bundle comprises an extra fine fiber (A) having 0.005-0.5 decitex and extra fine fiber (B) having 0.0001-0.1 decitex, the extra fine fiber (B) exists in the circumference of the extra fine fiber (A), the ratio of the extra fine fiber (A)/the extra fine fiber (B) is 95/5 to 50/50 (by weight ratio) and the polyurethane-based emulsion is an aqueous polyurethane-based emulsion obtained by emulsifying 100 pts.wt. of the polyurethane having 2.0-4.0% nitrogen atom (N) into water by using 5-15 pts.wt. of a nonionic surfactant having a HLB in the range of 13-17.
