PURPOSE: A cooling fan is provided to be able to enlarge the size of wings with placing power source in the wings and increase air inhalation to enhance cooling effect. CONSTITUTION: The cooling fan consists of a frame(30), with which the fan is organized, field magnets(10), which is arranged toward inside of hall, field magnet coils(20), which wrap the field magnets, magnetic rings(15), which generate magnetism, wings(40), and shaft(50), which rotates wings. The frame uses a screw to guide air from outside. The wings have magnetic rings outside. When power is on, the wings runs because of magnetism, guides air from outside and make CPU or IC cool.
