PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coupling pin from being deformed by the action of tensile force and torsional force. SOLUTION: A band is provided with a structurally hollow outer member 1, at both ends of which windows 13 and 14 are opened, a coupling pin 2 which is fixed to the outer member 1 and disposed inside the outer member 1, and an inner member 3 which is housed inside the outer member 1, whose one end is coupled turnably to the coupling pin 2 fixed to the outer member 1, whose other end protrudes from the window 13 of the outer member 1 and invades from the window 14 of the adjacent outer member 1, and which is coupled turnably to the coupling pin 2 fixed to the adjacent outer member 1.
