PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining device for bar steel easily installing a tabular member such as a template to bar steel firmly and accurately. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body (2) having a screw in an outer circumference is inserted to bar steel (1), a slit (3) and an adhesive filler hole (4) are formed to the cylindrical body (2), and the tabular member (7) is clamped to the cylindrical body (2) bonded with bar steel (1) by an adhesive or welding or the like by a nut.
