PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a claw nut for electrical connection capable of fastening and fixing an antenna or the like having a male screw on a fixing member to an installing member such as a vehicle or the like, and surely electrically- connecting by making claws penetrated into the installing member. SOLUTION: A plurality of claws 22, 22,..., projected ridges 28, 28,... are provided in a peripheral direction, a projected height of front half portions 22a, 22a,... is low in a rotatably fastening direction of the nut and an angle made by latter half portions 22b, 22b,... and front end faces of the latter half portions is acute by means of a high difference in level of the latter half portions 22b, 22b. The claws are projectingly arranged on one side surface 20a connected with the installing member 30. Further, the projected height of the latter half portions 22b, 22b,... of the claws 22, 22,... is the highest at the front end face, and is getting lower toward a back side. While fastened and fixed, the front end faces of the latter half portions 22b, 22b,... of the claws 22, 22,... can remove a painted film 30a on the surface of the installing member 30, and can electrically connect by penetrating into the surface.
