PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell possible to be miniaturized and lightened while keeping excellent electrical characteristics. SOLUTION: This fuel cell is provided with a proton conductor film 204, severally planar hydrogen side electrode 203 and oxygen side electrode 205 sandwiching the proton conductor film 204, planar collectors 202, 206 provided so as to abut on the main surface of the hydrogen side electrode 203 or the oxygen side electrode 205 and also provided with protruding parts 213, 214 on the main surface of the abutting side abutting on the hydrogen side electrode 203 or the oxygen side electrode 205, a means for supplying fuel to the hydrogen electrode side, and a means for supplying oxygen to the oxygen side electrode. The collectors 202, 206 abuts on the main surface of the hydrogen side electrode 203 or the main surface of the oxygen side electrode 205 with the protruding parts 213, 214 stuck in the main surface of the hydrogen side electrode 203 or in the main surface of the oxygen side electrode 205. |
