PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured damper device for a dual duct to be manufactured easily. SOLUTION: The damper device comprises a damper assembly 20 and a separation/connection means 60. The damper assembly 20 comprises a cylindrical casing 22, a partition board 24 for dividing the inside of the casing 22 into two equal parts for forming a pair of damper wind pathways whose section is semi-circular, semi-disk-shaped movable blades 26 and 27 attached to blade shafts 28 and 29 and disposed rotatably in each damper wind pathway, and a damper opening/closing device 30 for opening/closing the damper by controlling/rotating the blade shafts 28 and 29. The separation/connection means 60 separates an inner wind pathway formed inside an inner pipe 10a of the dual duct and an outer wind pathway formed between the inner pipe 10a and an outer pipe 10b, and connects them to the damper wind pathways. The separation/connection means 60 is made of a hollow cylindrical body with the casing 22 inserted and connected to the outer pipe 10a of the dual duct 10, and has a separation/connection member 62 comprising an inner pipe engaging cylinder part 62a, a slowly shape-changing cylinder part 62b, and a damper side engagement cylinder part 62c.
