PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever switch device capable of reducing the number of parts of a detent mechanism, then reducing its cost, in such a type that detent mechanisms which give detent feeling at both ends respectively when an operation lever is operated in crossing two directions are included. SOLUTION: In a lever switch, a housing hole 36 is positioned between a first detent face 10 and a second detent face 35, and passes through them in a right and left direction. Then a first detent piece, a second detent piece and a detent spring are arranged in the housing hole 36. Here, only one detent spring 37 is required for two detent pieces 11, 22 because a first and a second detent mechanism 38, 39 shear the detent spring 37. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
