SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition comprises therapeutically effective dose of amiodarone hydrochloride as an active substance and the following special additions: starch, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, stearic acid or its salts and aerosil taken in the definite ratio of indicated components. The composition is made as a tablet. The composition comprises small amount of special additions, tablets release an active substance easily that provides its high bioavailability.
