<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling which is easy in the manipulation for connection and separation by reducing the force necessary for connecting operations. <P>SOLUTION: The coupling has a connected side coupler 1 and a connecting side coupler 102. The connected side coupler 1 has a hollow connected side coupler body 103, a cylindrical valve body 4, a check valve 105, a press means 106 for pressing the check valve 105, and a piston 6. The connecting side coupler 102 has a hollow connecting side coupler body 108, and an abutting member 109. The coupling is characterized in that the diameter D2 of the part in which the piston 6 of the cylindrical valve body 4 of the connected side coupler 1 slides is nearly equal to or approximated to the diameter D1 of the bore 109a of the abutting member 109 of the connecting side coupler 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
