<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating method and a fixing method for an electric wire connection part enabling to shorten working hours. <P>SOLUTION: When covering the connection part 11 of a lead wire 6 and a coil element wire 5 with insulating paper 7 for insulation, the insulating paper 7 is wound with a silicone resin mixed with alumina scale pieces in a semi-cured state as an adhesive. After impregnating the silicone resin in the semi-cured state in a coil end 4 and gluing the insulating structure 12 on the upper surface of the coil end 4 using adhesive strength of the coil end 4 and the insulating structure 12, and covering with the silicone resin 8 mixed with alumina scale pieces thereon, finally the silicone resin 8 is thoroughly hardened by ultraviolet irradiation etc. to form the fixing structure 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
