PURPOSE: A panel for an automobile is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and to improve working environment. CONSTITUTION: A panel for an automobile is composed of a body panel, an inner trim(15), and a noise reducing pad(31). The inner trim is coupled to the body panel. A plurality of clips(21) are integrally formed at the inner trim, and protrude toward the body panel. The noise reducing pad is disposed between the body panel and the inner trim, and reduces noise transferred to the inside of the vehicle. A plurality of through holes(33) are formed at the noise reducing pad, and are coupled to the clips.
