<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus of manufacturing a hetero-junction element by which a hetero-junction element effective to obtaining an electronic device having superior conversion efficiency and light emission efficiency can be manufactured easily at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the hetero-junction element comprises a process wherein a second solution made by dissolving a second organic material in a second solvent and a first solution made by dissolving or diffusing a first organic material in a first solvent are mixed to form a third solution, wherein fine particles of the second organic material are diffused in the first solvent; and a process wherein the third solution is supplied on a substrate to form a mixed film of the first organic material and the fine particles of the second organic material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
