<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector system and an image projection method that enable not only a presenter but also an audience to operate image display. <P>SOLUTION: The projector system comprises projecting means 2 and 6 for projecting input image information onto a projection target, a laser pointer 3, 30, 40 for pointing a given part of the image projected on a screen 1, imaging means 5 and 7 for picking up the image pointed with the laser pointer 3, 30, 40, and pointed position detecting means 10, 13 and 15 for detecting the position of the part pointed with the laser pointer 3, 30, 40 from the image information picked up by the imaging means 5 and 7. The projection lens 2 and 6 projects an image according to the position, detected by the pointed position detecting means 10, 13 and 15, of the part pointed with the laser pointer 3, 30, 40 and/or according to the image of the pointed part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
