The device has a heavy metallic bar connected to processing apparatus using hollow body and an axis. Attaching points of a tractor regulate angle of incidence of the bar acting on length of a string. An inclination of the bar following a horizontal axis regulates bending of the track and an inclination following a vertical axis regulates rake angle for breaking bump and maintaining levelling.
