FIELD: superconductors. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of novel complex perovskite-like praseodymium-based ruteno-cuprate, consisting in that high-purity powders of ruthenium, praseodymium, cerium, and copper oxides plus strontium carbonate in required stoichiometric amounts are homogenized in acetone, resulting mixture is calcined at 960 for 8 h in air and then pressed. Synthesis is carried out in air/nitrogen mixture at 1010 for 8 h followed by double annealing at 1050 in air for 10 h. Product has following empirical formula: RuSr2(Pr0.7Ce0.3)Cu2O10. ^ EFFECT: achieved superconducting and magnetic properties. |
