Expandable, combination dispenser and disposal for tissues

This invention is a facial tissue dispensing and disposing system which includes an expanding container having a dispensing opening on the top and a disposing opening on the bottom. A tissue clip is enclosed in flaccid plastic with a cardboard floor and adhered to the underside of the dispensing opening. The clip is elevated and the side walls are expanded by inserting used tissues in disposal openings in the bottom.
