PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a plastic fiber capable of stabilizing quality and reducing steps without applying high voltage.SOLUTION: A plastic fiber manufacturing device 1 comprises: a hopper, which supplies raw material plastic P1; a heating cylinder 3, which heats the raw material plastic P1 and feeds the raw material plastic P1, P2 from an upstream side to a downstream side; a screw 4, which rotates inside the heating cylinder 3 and feeds the raw material plastic P1, P2 from the upstream side to the downstream side; a motor 5, which drives the screw 4 to rotate; a nozzle 6 installed on a downstream end of the heating cylinder 3; a pressure mechanism 25, which moves the screw 4 to the nozzle 6 side and compresses the molten and plasticized raw material plastic P3 in which air bubble is mixed; and a nozzle opening and closing mechanism 9, which opens and closes the nozzle 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
