PURPOSE:To pour vertically by press-contacting plural pairs of molding flasks and reduce the working space, by covering the surface of molding flasks and molding sand of pattern having a film attracted with film, molding under reduced pressure by horizontal charging, and rotating vertically. CONSTITUTION:A pattern 14 having multiple vent holes is placed on a surface plate 13 having exhaust means. A film 15 is spread over the surface of the pattern 14 including the surface plate 13, and the film 15 is attracted by the exhaust means. A molding flask 8 equipped with wheels 10 in the central part on both sides is placed on the surface plate 13, and is filled with molding sand 21 not containing binder, and is covered with the film. Stopping exhaust of the surface plate 13, when the inside is opened to the atmosphere, the inside of the molding sand 21 is reduced in pressure at the same time, then the molding sand is solidified. Plural pairs of molding flasks 8 thus formed in said procedure are held horizontally through the wheels 10 on a pair of rails 16, and are moved to the side of a stopper 18, and rotated vertically until a pair of molding flasks 8 are directed face to face. Then, by using the pressing means, the flasks are contacted in vertical state on the rails 16, and the pressure reduction of the molding sand 21 is released after pouring and cooling, then the pattern is knocked out by breaking the molding sand 21. |
