PURPOSE:To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane resin compsn. suitable for use as a bearing material, etc. and having excellent sliding characteristics, by blending an oil-retaining carrier having a high specific surface area and a lubricating oil with a thermoplastic urethane resin in a specified volume ratio. CONSTITUTION:An oil-retaining carrier (A) having a specific surface area of 1m<2>/g or above such as activated carbon and a lubricating oil (B) such as mineral paraffinic oil are blended with a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (C) in such a proportion that a vol. ratio of component A to component B is 1:10-1:1 and component B accounts for 3-15% of the entire volume of compsn, thus obtaining the desired thermoplastic polyurethane resin compsn. When 5-40pts.wt. polyamide resin having a m.p. of 200 deg.C or below is blended with 100pts.wt. said thermoplastic polyurethan resin, the time of screw biting and molding time can be shortened in injection molding. |
