PURPOSE:To obtain a relief valve which does not incur the breakage of a hydraulic actuator by installing a damper spring and a dashpot between a spring for setting the pressure of an input member. CONSTITUTION:When an input member 6e is returned leftward in the state where the set pressure in a pressure hole 1a is high, the compression force for a spring 6d is reduced, and a spring 4c shifts a piston 5 leftward through a push rod 4e. The working oil in a chamber 2c is to be pushed away from one side of the piston 5 to the other side, when the piston 5 shifts in the axial direction in the chamber 2c, and the piston is shifted leftward by the flow resistance of the working oil in the case when the oil passes through a throttle flow passage 5a. Through the shift of the push rod 4e, the set force of the spring 4c is gradually reduced, and the set value of the working pressure of the pilot valve 4b for the valve seat 4a is gradually lowered, and a hydraulic actuator operates slowly to stop. |
