PURPOSE:To snugly house a film into a film housing device and to improve the ease of use by forming a film insertion port to part of a body and providing a film guide made to an arc shape to guide the film to the inside of the body. CONSTITUTION:The film housing device 1 is constituted of a box 3 having the width slightly larger than the width of the film 2, the film guide 4 attached in the box 3 and a weight 5 to prevent the box 3 from moving or inclining during the insertion of the film 2. The box 3 constitutes the body of the film housing device 1 and is formed with the film insertion port 32 in the lower part of a left side face 31 thereof. Part of the left side face 31, part of a top surface 33 and most of a front surface 34 are cut off to permit the easy removal of the film 2 coiled and housed into the box. The remaining front face 34 is used as a retaining part so that the side faces of the film 2 are correctly positioned when inserted. |
